The idea of a hydraulic repair shop in the Fingerlakes Region was born back in 2009. Paul Weaver, who still owns the company, had moved to the area in 2005. In his previous occupation he had become familiar with the hydraulic industry and with a large amount of agricultural in the area the need for a hydraulic shop seemed apparent. So in September of 2009, Weaver Hydraulics & Repair LLC opened it’s doors for business in a small farm shop on a dead end road in Ovid New York! For the next few years it continued on a small scale, being merely a family project. But even from the start, it was inevitable that a change in location would be necessary. When a facility was located along Route 14 near Dresden, the idea of moving and expanding began to unfold! In February of 2015, Weaver Hydraulics & Repair LLC was packed to move! By the following month of March, operations were resumed. This location is where we are currently operating – conveniently located along a main route and in the heart of a agriculture community!

Heavy Duty Cylinder Repairs
Not just anybody wants to tackle those monster industrial and construction cylinders. They are not just hard to handle or disassemble but they can, in fact, be dangerous without the right tools! But don’t worry about those difficulties though, we got the machine to handle it! Our Cylinder Cyclone, by name, has 50,000 ft/lbs of torque and the ability to handle those big cylinders safely. With this machine we can also test a cylinder in full cycle to diagnose exactly where the cylinder is faulty.
Weaver Agri Service
Time to Expand! In late 2016 we acquired a parts dealership for Deutz-Fahr, offering parts to local farmers for the old Deutz equipment. By early 2017 we received authorization to also sell the full line-up of Deutz-Fahr tractors. Thus the name Weaver Agri Service was given to the equipment division of the business. Since then, other equipment lines have been added to our portfolio.
